Good points
1. Books were in excellent condition and as requested
2. Packaging was excellent

Bad points that ruined entire experience:
1. Way too long for delivery
2. Lack of proper communication channel where customer can raise query.
Overall If u can shift to faster, reliable and better delivery patners, then the service will be a lot better. DTDC and Xpressbees were very poor in their service and ruined entire experience. Will recommend to change your delivery patner to more faster and reliable ones.
Would have given 10/10 if delivery was not this much late.
