  • Refund in Bank Account for Prepaid Orders-  (Two Way Payment Gateway Charge) in your same account which you have used.
  • Refund in Bank Account for COD Orders – Refund in Bank / UPI / Paytm / Wallet – As per Customers / Buyers Consent all Cash on Delivery items can be returned after it fully fills our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy .
  • The amount that will be refunded will depend on whether you have canceled the order fully or partially.
  • Although it may vary from bank to bank, the refund process usually takes from 3 days to 21 days before the amount reflects in your account.
  • Please note that wishallbook.com has no control over the bank process and does not bear any responsibility for the same.
  • If transaction fails and the amount is debited from your account, the amount will automatically be refunded to you as per the payment gateway and bank policies.
  • Our Payment Gateway Provider is Razor Pay – Please Read All Documents Related to Razor pay Refunds
  • Books that are purchased online from wishallook.com can be refunded subject to certain conditions.
  • We do not replace or exchange books with other subjects or title books.
  • Items can be returned if they are in their original condition.
